Amor Building - Urdaneta City

Good na siya para sa price at sa location malapit siya sa lahat. Tapos may water heater din sila. Mababait din ang mga staff. Ang ayaw ko lang is yung wala siyang sampayan ng mga damit lalo na sa CR kaya problemado ka rin talaga kung san mo ilalagay damit mo sa pag ligo. Yun lang naman.

The place would have been nice if it was taken care of. It is an old place, but can be manageable if they have done an effort of cleaning the room and checking the amenities. The location is good since it's in the center of Urdaneta.

I advanced booked here because it took us 12hrs to get in Urdaneta(we're from Los Baños, Laguna) but when we get there they said that it's already fully booked. The staff's recommend us to another building and it's also a poor facility for us because it's always brownout and we're just near the generator so as a light sleeper I didn't get much sleep. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who wants a hassle free stay.

The smell of the room is terrible its stink smell like urine,, im not sure if the beddings are new coz i see hairs on the sheets toilet not clean you can see the toilet bowl have urine

While it is a very last-minute booking, I expected that since it is bookable by Agoda, it is a decent one.. Location-wise, it is accessible to malls, pharmacies, food stores, and local markets. Staff are very nice and accommodating. BUT, the room itself is not clean, huhu. The bed, pillows, and blanket smell so bad and it appears not washed. The restroom is not clean either. I wish I could give a higher rating, but I suggest not booking this if you are a picky one.
