Our stay was truly exceptional, and we would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Mahesh Saha, Room Division Manager, whose professionalism, leadership, and warm hospitality made our experience remarkably pleasant. His cooperative nature, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction truly reflect the highest standards of hospitality. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and exceptionally comfortable. The food was absolutely outstanding, with every meal prepared to perfection, making our dining experience truly memorable. Every member of the restaurant staff was courteous, attentive, and highly cooperative, ensuring that each meal was served with genuine warmth and care. A special thanks to Shubham for his politeness, professionalism, and attentive service throughout our stay. We would also like to appreciate Rohan Vara at the reception for handling our reservation efficiently while being exceptionally courteous and welcoming. Excellent hotel, extremely well done details of the hotel and restaurant. Very very very welcoming staff , always there to guide and help. This place should be charging 3 times the current charges. It’s suitable for single , couples, old and young families. I don’t have enough words. Traveling from Singapore, I thought my city also has same facilities with this hotel. Rooftop pool, salon , massage, gym, I mean it’s endless what the management has done. Thanks for creating this place in my hometown.

Me and my wife had the best time at the hotel, the bed was so comfy, the TV had a great selection of programming. We both loved the breakfast options and dinner was very tasty. It was also very clean and had all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay. We never got a chance to dip in the pool as it was during monsoon season but it looked very inticing. Pranav and Mahesh were a pleasure and were so accommodating to us, helping us out when we were exhausted from an overnight bus from nagpur. We would definitely visit the hotel again in the future.

Express in heritage really too good as compared with other hotels in chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar.front desk room amenities cleanliness and food also exceptional...I will really visit again.they had gave us a surprise by arranging a cake and decoration for my wife's birthday.
