No action made even after several requests. 2) Hot Tap without hot water presence. 3) Kitchen basin tap handle both are spoiled. 4) Huge Amount Deposit for check in i.e. RM1000. 3 days refund as mentioned in the email, but Host Managemet insist to change to 7 days with the reason of 7 days house inspection. #Ridiculous 5) Downlight for level 1 Bathroom spoiled. Pee and Poo in the dark 6) Tissues not provided, limited toilet roll in toilets 7) 1st floor bedroom ceiling was water leaking and mold causing bad smell
