Overall very nice stay + Ample free parking space for hotel guest Behind the hotel. Very nice lobby with unique frontdesk where they keep the room keys, antique. Friendly staff and receptionist. Great buffet breakfast, fried rice, mee jawa, egg, sausages, fried chicken, bread & cereals. Toilet amenities included, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, towels, face towels. Mini fridge ok, tv superb smart tv, water heater ok, air conditioner ok. Bed nice and comfy. Room lighting beautiful. - Wish there is an info in agoda that the hotel asking for RM150 as deposit fee. Entrance to toilet quite high, tripped 1st time entering the toilet. Toilet floor quite slippery when 1st time opening the water. Shower gel quite solid gel like, but still usable. Refillable Shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner.

It was a pleasant stay, even though we had an issue with rainwater leaking into the room through the window. The window was just beside the bed, so there was a puddle of water on the floor from the wall and the bed. The maintenance came to have a look, even though we knew he could not do anything about it. But we appreciate the attentiveness and the effort. There were no rooms with windows available. So we decided to stay in the room and prayed that heavy rain would not strike again. Our prayer was answered. Alhamdulillah. We like the modest breakfast options. The food is tasty. The receptionists are all nice, pretty, helpful and welcoming. We might come back again.

Had myself the Deluxe Single Room for 1 pax. The room is pleasantly clean. I just wished that there’s two (2) pillows instead of one (1). The access key to the room is still traditional key & not key card. I had issues with opening the door on the first try. TV inside the room is smart TV and you can access your Netflix/YouTube account. Generally, it was a good stay. Parking is free for in-house guests but need validation at the front desk.

According to local friends, this hotel has been around for many years. Therefore, their recent facelift would be considered timely and is tastefully done. The room that we were in was spacious and had new furniture. While it came with a minibar fridge, it did not come with coffee-making facilities (no cups, kettle). However the room did come with a hairdryer. I personally liked the layout of the bathroom and how it had the body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner separately provided. The ventilation was good enough for our washed clothes to dry the next day. The room was clean and on a good day, had sufficient sunlight to brighten the entire room without needing the lights. Our window did face the hotel's parking lot and was adjacent to a local high school, so on school days, you would get to hear the PA system. Buffet breakfast is simple and sufficient. Location-wise, may not be as central but still within walking distance from the waterfront and shops.

Room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, towels are white and not stained Hotel staff are friendly and polite. Liquid soap and shampoo are provided I like the old-fashioned keys (no key card system) which means guests must be discipline in switching off lights and aircon before leaving the room. The plug points may need abit of inspection as laptop and phone charger plugs does not go in all the way, and sometimes disconnects mid-charge. Breakfast variety was limited but sufficient.
