we enjoyed our stay , the staff are very friendly and helpful , Moustafa in the reception was very cooperative and provided an exceptional service and Eman in public relation was very professional and provided full support , the food was served at our room , the heated indoor pool was amazing, the hotel location was nice near Alamien towers and not so far from cairo. we enjoyed our stay alot thank you : )

This accommodation listing was a complete scam and one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. When we arrived, we discovered that the hotel name had changed to M Hotels. The reception staff informed us that they had no record of our reservation. They explained that the booking actually belonged to a broker who managed apartments in another building, not hotel rooms as advertised. The listing clearly described a hotel room with the same hotel details, but in reality there was no reservation at the hotel, and we could not even find the broker responsible for the booking. We spent nearly 4 hours arguing with the hotel management and several brokers in the area, trying to locate our reservation, but without any success. It was an extremely stressful and frustrating experience. I was even close to calling the police because it felt like we had been scammed. I contacted Agoda customer service while I was there. They also tried to reach the property but were unable to resolve the issue. Fortunately, Agoda refunded the amount I had paid. I strongly believe this listing should be removed from the platform. It appears to be a bait-and-switch scam: customers are attracted by a hotel listing, but when they arrive there is no reservation, and they are then offered apartments at much higher prices, which is exactly what happened to me. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this listing.

The advertisement appeared to be for a hotel room. In actuality, it was a private owner working through a real estate broker to rent his poorly cleaned apartment that had none of the amenities advertised.

I got scammed while booking non refundable apartment, -I received call from the guy asking for more money since I was booking on a holiday and what i was paying wasn’t good for him -I drove for ~ 400km then found a different room type than the one I booked -I asked for a compensation and a free cancellation option but he didn’t provide. -the different apartment offered was very bad and had broken glass on the door , 1 A/C wasn’t working , was on a very crowded pool while I booked a sea view apartment.
