• We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24 hour period, with check in from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. Use of Provisional Estimated Tax Rates: For all negotiations, group quotes, and bookings scheduled to take place from 01/01/2027 onwards and made prior to the publication of the definitive regulation, we will provisionally adopt an estimated tax rate of 5.7percent for CBS (based on technical studies by ROIT) and 0.1percent for IBS, while maintaining the regular application of each municipality's standard ISS. Automated Post Definition Adjustment: As soon as the government officially publishes the definitive IBS and CBS tax rates (expected by the end of September), Atlantica will formally issue announcements updating the percentages and readjusting the highlighted tax amounts to ensure tax accuracy and the correct right to tax credits, without the need for amendments to already executed contracts.
