• Dishes must be washed or placed in the dishwasher

• Additional Charges

• Excess cleaning: $50 per hour if the property is left in an unreasonable condition

• Late check-out: $150 per hour unless pre-arranged

• Before Departure

• Load or wash dishes

• Return keys as instructed
