Pros: - Scenic beauty surrounding the villa - Helpful staff Cons: - Very small TV in a big room. You can’t play videos in Netflix or prime in the TV. Very few channels in Tata Sky. - On top of this, they charge ₹500 for 3 hours to use their projector. And they have old movies to screen in the projector. Both projector and TV are not smart. - They should mention in the description that the lake is seasonal. When we had visited, the lake had dried off. - Saffron stays customer support is pathetic. Despite positioning themselves as luxury stay chain, they are least bothered about the customer’s complaints. No one from the customer support reached out to me after I complained about the TV and Projector. I’m yet to receive closure on this. I will never book a stay in Saffron Stays.
