Hostel Bajala Siargao

If I knew how to ride a motorcycle, I would stay in this place for many more days. Near the skate park, Bajala offers a nice stay and a sense of serenity that other hostels cannot match. If you are already in your late 20s, this is a perfect place to stay far but near to the party side of General Luna.

The place and staff were great. As a solo traveller, i was able to meet new friends in the hostel. I loved that there's a whatsapp group that people would invite anyone from the hostel. I enjoyed the place especially that it is peaceful and quiet. Would highly recommended!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place is safe, clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. I also had the chance to meet a lot of wonderful people during my stay, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be booking this place again!

Pros: Have own pool; Clean utilities; Staff do their job very well; Introvert friendly (but you can join their chat group if you're extroverted); In 5mins walk, you can see a lot of cheap but delicious karinderyas unlike in GL; Front beach, peaceful and water is so good; They said there's free drink at night (not claiming mine haha); Common area; Two lockers; Cons: Far from any other activity areas so plan your activity accordingly to prevent Etrike cost. There's a free bike though (I'm not good, sad.); There's only one shower and toilet room per 6-mixed guest). Suggestion for you is use it when other roommates are outside for more comfortability.) Lucky me, I almost own the room for my entire 7 nights here). Feels like I'm in a hotel in a hostel price. Might be back here soon.

Had a good stay. Staff were accommodating. Hostel is quiet which I really liked.
