I booked 2 rooms for 29th May 2026 through Agoda Best Part: >Staff is very friendly and >housekeeping was exceptional I dont like to say it but I have to : >Although I paid at the time of booking, during Check In, I was asked to pay again, saying Agoda will refund whatever was paid online for the booking. Seems there is some sort of miscommunication between Agoda and Rose Valley Hotel. >Internet was absent the whole time, zero signals as they say, no connectivity at all. You need internet, you have to go to the reception as thats the only place where you stay connected with good signal strength. >No hot water, in both our rooms, which means you take a shower in ice cold water (its Naran) I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

This is a good and economic place to stay in naran. will not for familys and couples... its best value for money if you are on trip with friends / students or officials.
