We discovered the Pinnacle Lodge by chance and it's an absolute gem. The staff is welcoming and really helpful, the rooms are nice, clean and spacious and there is plenty of inclusive things in the resort fee (bikes, DVDs, breakfast, laundry, ...) Will definitely be back

Great place for exploring and enjoying Sun Peaks
We discovered the Pinnacle Lodge by chance and it's an absolute gem. The staff is welcoming and really helpful, the rooms are nice, clean and spacious and there is plenty of inclusive things in the resort fee (bikes, DVDs, breakfast, laundry, ...) Will definitely be back

Biking vacation
The place is very nice and quiet. It is literally in the forest and you can hear the creek nearby, which adds romantic value. The bed could be a little bit bigger though, but overall good. The village is very close and walk through the forest is very nice. Definitely a good place to stay.

Location was exactly what we wanted. Staff were incredible. Delicious and varied breakfast every morning.

Pinnacle overnight stay with my wife
Our overnight stay was almost perfect but the hot water issue ruined it. The management got to it immediately and told us that they already got the same issue before and it was a back job from the company who fixed it. Too bad because it happened on the day that we were there. My wife had to use cold water to take a shower but I later was told to use the shower in Bldg 2 because it wasn't affected by the hot water issue. We were really disappointed but other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you.
