Lovely central hotel , Helpful staff, Great breakfast
This a great central hotel in Mendoza within easy walking distance of restaurants and local landmarks and amenities.. Very helpful staff . Breakfast selection was great and tables were cleared and cleaned in time . No decaff coffee though.

Short stay in Mendoza
In first arrival we were impressed with the hotel as the reception was very grand. However there were a number of issues during our stay. Our AC was stuck on 20c. We reported it 3 times but it was not fixed. We asked for an extra small towel as only 1 to share for 2 people but it never arrived. The toilet flush was broken and we had to use the top off the cistern to flush it. Lots of small issues but our requests were ignored.
