I recently stayed at The Tree - Adults only and had a truly wonderful experience. Everything about the property was excellent, but what really made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from the staff.They are incredibly professional, super friendly, and deeply know how to give every guest a warm welcome. They anticipate your needs perfectly and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.A special, heartfelt thanks to Reaksa, Srey Pan, Srey Lean, and all the staff that I can't remember theirs name. Your dedication, care, and amazing hospitality truly stood out. You are a massive asset to this property!I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Siem Reap and will definitely be back.

My best experience staying there

Good location
Close enough to walk to pub Street (10 minutes) but far enough away that you don't have to listen to doof doof in the early hours of the morning....could get a tuk tuk if walking isn't your thing. Good size rooms, clean, comfortable beds and pillows...we did change our pillows whilst there as they were a little hard on the first night but staff where amazing and brought us softer ones. Food is good in the restaurant or you can walk outside to other restaurants outside...2 mins walk. Very cheap cocktails nearby. Staff are lovely and helpful. Very patient with us as we tried to learn some Cambodian.

We had a wonderful stay here and can highly recommend this place.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. The staff are incredibly kind, always smiling, and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We also received a delicious welcome drink. The entire property is beautifully designed with lots of tropical plants, making it feel peaceful and relaxing. The pool area is especially beautiful, and everything is kept clean and well maintained. Our room looked exactly like the photos. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was quiet, and we slept really well. It was clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the rooms in perfect condition. We also really enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea. Small details like these made our stay extra special. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again!
