The concept of this resort is a nice idea. Seems like it had other plans originally, but has been turned into a resort. I don't know if I would call it a resort. There is a pool and areas to set up, but no bar area that is maintained by the facility. The rooms were decent, like a hotel. Some were efficiencies, others a little different set up with a kitchenette, full size refrigerator, mini dishwasher and an oven/stove. They had dishes, utensils and pots and pans. The bedding was okay, the mattress a little firm and the pillows were down and very squishy. The darkening shades didn't darken the room at all as the place is extremely lit up at night, so was our room. Water pressure was not the best. Not all have views of the beach or views at all. When booking through a third party, you have to be careful. as their room descriptions and pictures don't match what the resort actually has. It also had a large covered patio area, outdoor fire pit, several grills available for use and private access over a very long ramp and stairs to get to the beach. It has easy access to take your own vehicle on the beach as well as a rental service for side by sides, golf carts and packages to have tents, chairs, ice chests and even snacks for you on the beach when you book 24 hours ahead. Nice service to provide. They had live music on the patio and wine one night we were there and offered yoga in the mornings on their sky deck. This area had patio furniture and a bar type table and chairs that was available for anyone to use. Overall, we had a nice stay. it was quiet and relaxing.
