RedDoorz Plus @ Remarkable Hotel Alcala Pangasinan- 7.97명 평가
Hotel was surprised and not prepared when I arrived from a long tiring day. No rooms ready and no proper reception for guests so have to wait. Booked earlier in the day but arrived past 6pm so plenty of preparation time. Have to be transferred to another room as the first one the sink is broken. Otherwise its passable as an overnighter for me. Has a TV remote but no TV and no hot shower. Lacks basic amenities for Php 1,5++. Not coming back again.

Bad experience
Location is remote. Rooms infested with cockroaches and smells foul. Requested to change sheets but staffs refused. One staff is rude, even raised his voice when we told them our complaints.
