Soul in hospitality means genuine warmth, real care, and authentic welcome. This hotel had soul. Clean, safe, and warm in a way that felt truly meant and right.

Worst experience ever. The rooms are not tidy. The fan was not working. The remote of ac wad not working. There was no heater hence no hot water. We shifted to a different room but the situation was the same. The staff was also not helpful. They didn't know how things worked or how it is done. Will not recommend to anyone. It is a complete waste of money.

This place felt like it was made just for couples. We could relax and enjoy each other's company.

Not suitable for family.look like booth building.few rooms opened .no one is there to receive you.no maintance.if you call the number after reaching to oyo fisrt responsed but they told they will connect to the property even 15mins waiting oncall no response.second time also the same happened.after that oyo number given didnt connect shows its also spam number. Dont trust oyo bookings.horrible experience.

After seeing the overall conditions of the hotel (right from entrance, reception, room cleanliness, people's behavior, etc.), I didn't check-in and canceled the booking. It's heavily disappointing.
