Private Room 05 - Poblacion Makati House

My stay with my 2 kids was an absolute delight. It's the perfect choice for travelers who want to stay in a clean, comfortable, and affordable room right in the center of the city. I'll definitely be returning here on my next visit in Makati. Don't miss out on this hidden gem!

The room is not sound proof so you can hear both rooms doing their deeds and I was not able to sleep because it's noisy

This place is perfect if you’re solo or if you don’t mind sharing a CR. The bathrooms are clean, pero medyo hassle kasi every time lalabas ka, kailangan mong lumabas ng room. Also, the room we got, the lock didn’t work, so we had to use a portable lock that we brought just to make sure. The main door is always open, and the staff are usually out of sight—so for some people it’s fine, but if you really need security, this one’s not for you. The kitchen is clean, pero super thin ng walls, so you can hear everything sa ibang rooms—hahaha. Also, don’t trust their pics, especially the room. The paint is peeling and walls are a bit beat up, so don’t expect it to look exactly like the photos.

Our room and the shared bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was also helpful and responsive. We will stay here again if we need a room in the area.

It's a basic room with shared bathroom and kitchen. There is AC in the room. It's 2 blocks away from a high-traffic area. It's not quiet but it's decent with basic services, cleanliness etc.
