• 13세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• 리셉션 종료 시간은 23:59 입니다.

• TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• By proceeding with the check-in, you accept and agree with Amore Hotel Manila that the reservation (details of which are set out below), if accepted by us, Terms and Conditions shall be as follows:

• RATES & DEPOSITS:

• * The rates quoted are based on your period of night stay and quoted in Philippine Peso.

• * A full payment is required upon making your room reservation.

• * The management requires Php 2,000.00 refundable security deposit for the whole length of stay. This is payable at the hotel upon check-in.

• * Additional Sanitation Kits are available for your need upon check-in, for only Php 280.00.

• * Room rates are quoted for two (2) Adults only.

• * The maximum number of guests for Deluxe room is two (2) adults and one (1) child below 12 y/o, while for Premium & Supreme room is two (2) adults and two (2) children below 12 y/o.

• * A fee of Php 800.00 will be charged per night for each additional adult staying.

• * Rates are subject to 12% VAT and surcharges.

• * In compliance with DOT & BOQ guideline, only 1 guest under quarantine is allowed per room.

• * Upon acknowledging your reservation, you have agreed to the terms and conditions. Therefore, all payments shall be non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Late payments will be subject to 25% penalty charges.

• CANCELLATION & REFUND:

• ​* Cancellations made 48hrs prior to check-in time are non-refundable.

• * Cancellations made within 24hrs after making a reservation or before the "48hrs prior to check in time" period shall be refundable in 30 days, subject to 10% cancellation penalty fee. However, this is not applicable to Last Minute Booking Reservation.

• NO SHOW:

• ​* Guests shall be given a 32-hour grace period from their Check-In time at the hotel. Otherwise, cancellation policy shall be applied.

• CHECK-IN & OUT:

• * Standard check-in time is 2PM and check out time is 11AM.

• * Only one (1) keycard is given per room.

• * Please return the keycard upon check-out. Lost keycard shall be fine with a Php 500.00.

• * A 50% room charge may be incurred for late Check-Outs between 2PM to 6PM. A 100% room rate charge shall be applied after 6PM Check-Outs.

• HOUSE RULES:

• * In the Event of BREAKAGE and LOST OF ITEMS inside the room, such items shall be charged to the guest's account.

• * The hotel is not liable for the losses made by our guests through negligence; However, a thorough investigation shall be done on our part.

• * Should any valuable items/materials is left in the room and found by our room attendant, said items will be turned-over to the Front desk officer on duty & it will be properly recorded in the security logbook. For the claimants of said lost item shall provide any Government issued ID for Identification and record purposes.

• * Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner meals are available and will be served at a given time. We practice contactless food serving. Your meals shall be delivered at a designated area by your room door.

• * Room visitors are only allowed in the premises until 8pm, otherwise, additional fee for extra person shall be applied. Guests under quarantine are not allowed to accept visitors.

• * The hotel is a non-smoking facility. A fine of Php 2,500.00 for those who will violate. For strict compliance.

• * Bringing in any prohibited drugs or any illegal substance and the like is punishable by law.

• * No pets allowed inside the premises.
