Don't get me wrong, I booked this hotel 3x this holiday. It was by far the most affordable place I could get that is near where I wanted to be, which is BGC. Some of my issues on this place were: 1. The toilet and bath was missing a drain so the water from inside the bathroom overflows to the bedroom. 2. The towels seems to be unwashed or sort of still new from the shelf. When I dried myself using it, it left lint on my face and body. 3. The building seems to be under renovation so the hallways and rooms seems to be unfinished. 4. There were no free toiletries. Good thing we brought our own and there's a 7-11 downstairs. While here are the good things I can say about this place: 1. The staff are very accommodating. Very polite and warm. 2. There is parking available but for a fee. And also, if you double parked, expect to be woken up at any hour of the day. 3. Restaurants are very near including clinics, hospitals and other emergency necessities. 4. Army golf course is just an arm's reach. 5. BGC is nearby. 6. If you're commuting, there is an abundant choices of public transport. 7. The rooms are very big.

I would like to inform improvements needed in their facilities: 1. ref is a chiller so no freezer for ice making 2. toiletries like disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers are not provided 3. floor towels for bathtub are not provided automatically (still need to request) 4.coffee cups provided were without saucers so coffee spills marks the table. 5. utensils for dining were not provided, not even teaspoons for the coffee cups (so difficult to eat in the room, better eat out before you come back to this hotel) NOTE: THIS HOTEL IS GOOD ONLY IF YOU INTEND FOR SLEEPING PURPOSES LIKE MOTEL .

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel. They had an assuming lobby which is quite small giving you the impression of average yet their rooms are really spacious for a moderate price to boot. Big sizes for the beds which can fit two people comfortably. We availed the rooms with the bathtub, with just a minor stagger with the bathroom’s glass wall. Just kept the cover’s down and it was all set. Moreover, it is situated in a peaceful and less busy area. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay.

The room is nice, clean and spacious talaga. But medyo not nice yung smell ng CR & towels nila kaya bring own towel nalang dapat. We requested for new towels nalang and they provided naman agad. Despite the imperfections, we enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.
