Appart'city Confort Bordeaux Chartron

Dans l’ensemble, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Les équipements sont de bonne qualité et la chambre était en excellent état. Quelques points sont néanmoins à améliorer : le joint de la porte de la douche ne remplit pas correctement son rôle, ce qui provoque d’importantes fuites d’eau. Nous sommes restés cinq nuits, mais le lave-vaisselle en panne n’a jamais été réparé. L’évier s’évacue également très mal, ce qui rend la cuisine peu pratique malgré sa présence. Enfin, le logement est un peu éloigné des transports en commun.

Very friendly professional reception team. Explained key card in lift and right procedure re night entry. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel. No bar/ restaurant. Room was exactly as described. Basic and clean. Shower worked fine. I love having a kettle in the room. There was also a fridge, small hob, microwave and an assortment of crockery. Absolutely perfect for our stay. Rooms were a good size, comfy beds and quiet. Air con didn't appear to be working but we just left it at that as our stay was February. Small lounge area downstairs in thd hotel lobby. Location- very limited amenities nearby but the tram station was 5/7 minutes walk with regular trams into Bordeaux centre. Great boulangerie across the road and turning left and a lovely restaurant across the road turning right. Great price for 3 nights and for what we needed would highly recommend.

Excellent hôtel, l’inconvénient est qu’à plusieurs reprises que nous sommes venus dormir, le chromecast ne marchait pas.

Lovely staff. Very clean and comfortable room with all the facilities one might need. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a few minutes walk to the tram stop that would take you to the centre of Bordeaux in a few minutes.

I stayed at appart hotel confort chartrons with relatively the same location and price and found it to be much nicer
