The property is exactly like the photos, the lobby very grand and well decorated, the breakfast area is like any fancy resort - reminded me of the hotels I stayed in when visiting South East Asia. The rooms are decently sized for a short stay and nicely decorated. Staff is great, but the cleaning process starts quite early and on Sunday morning, from 8am onwards I kept hearing the beds in the neighbouring rooms being dragged by the cleaners which forced me to get up earlier than planned. Also, the curtains still allow some light to enter the room and the there's an orange light flashing from the fire detector as well as a small green light next to the door which might be disruptive for the guests' sleep (bring a mask if that can be an issue for you). Mattresses are comfortable, I wish there was a pillow bar so guests could choose alternative pillows. The gym is well equipped but if, like me, you like a little spa time and consider booking this hotel for the sauna, do not bother : the sauna is not warm enough and is in a rough condition. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options but the warm savoury options, especially the vegetables are inedible but the Spanish jamon very good. If you like a sweet breakfast, the pastries and churros are great. The location is not very convenient if you intend to visit Alicante by car (I believe there's a tram nearby). Also it took me 20 minutes to reach the hotel from the highway which made my commute longer than expected. The location however is fairly good if you are visiting San Juan Playa. About 15min away from the hotel (walking) can be found some restaurants around the beach. I paid a very good price and come here to oversee the renovation of my house in Javea, might not be the most convenient location for my specific purpose, but I would book again if the price is as competitive as what I paid. Otherwise I would either book downtown Alicante or closer to Javea.

Hotel bien situé à San Juan, proche des bus pour alller au centre d'Alicante. Ma chambre n'était pas dans la partie rénovée de l'hotel mais c'était ok. En revanche l'isolation sonore n'est pas au top on entends le passage au couloir

It was amazing with a good staff and great facilities! I recommended 100% for all the travelers no matter if you are solo or with your family. This hotel would be so great for you. A clean hotel with spacious room and nice swimming pool Near to the beach as well

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights on a half-board basis and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, with excellent breakfast and dinner offering a wide variety of options to suit all dietary preferences. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Noelia for her kind assistance during my stay. The location is about 20–25 minutes from Alicante city centre. Regular buses and trams run nearby, making it easy to reach Alicante even without a car. It is also possible to travel to Benidorm with one change if you would like to explore somewhere different. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily return.
