• 13세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• Thank you for choosing our Humble Pad! Here are some important reminders for your stay:

• Before Your Stay:

• ✅Please let the host know if you will be late, preferably at least 4 hours before your booking time. A few minutes delay is acceptable, but please avoid being late by 30 minutes or over 1 hour.

• ✅No pets are allowed, but kids/children are welcome. Please ensure that they do not jump off the bed.

• ✅Light cooking is allowed, and you can bring outside food. However, please note that condiments for cooking are not provided.

• ✅There is no parking available on the property, but paid parking is available nearby at Trinoma Mall.

• ✅Swimming is not free. The fee is ₱100 on weekdays and ₱150 on weekends. Children below 12 years old can swim for free. Swimming is available from Tuesday to Sunday. Please pay the fee directly to the Admin Office.

• ✅We provide fiber WIFI and a SMART TV. You can connect your Netflix account, but remember to sign out before you leave.

• ✅Early check-in is allowed with an additional charge. The minimum charge for 3 hours is ₱300, and an additional ₱100 per hour after 3 hours.

• ✅It's important to provide the full names of all guests, along with a photo of your Government ID's and contact details. Please send the IDs as attachments in a message after making a booking. The same IDs must be presented upon check-in.

• ✅If you plan to have someone over, you must inform us before your stay. Your guests are your responsibility and can only stay until 10 PM. Any damage they cause will be your liability and charged to you.

• During Your Stay:

• ✅Please take care of your personal belongings. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to your items during your stay.

• ✅Remember to always lock up for your safety. Although the condominium is safe and public areas are secured with CCTV, we still recommend taking safety precautions.

• ✅Please turn off all appliances when they are not in use and when you are going out.

• ✅Please collect all trash and securely tie up the trash bags.

• ✅Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the unit.

• Prior to Checking Out:

• ✅By 12:00 p.m., please switch off all electrical appliances.

• ✅ Please collect and properly dispose of all your trash.

• ✅Kindly bring all your leftover food.

• ✅Put the door key on the top of the fridge before you leave and lock the door.
