Good Location with access to both BackWaters and Beach.

A very satisfying stay with a convenient location, spotless surroundings, great view and helpful staff and owner. The facilites are well maintained and the iverall exoerience offers excellent value for money. Everything feels thoughtfully managed, making it an easy n best place to recommend to stay and enjoy.

The property itself is small, well-maintained, and the room offered a genuinely beautiful view — that was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the experience fell short on the essentials. Breakfast isn't complimentary, and the only options available were bread, omelette, and Maggie noodles — with not even butter on offer. In the room, we found no toilet rolls, tea bags, or cups; we had to request these basic items from staff instead of finding them stocked as expected. There are also no bathtub, just basic shower facilities. Dinner was another letdown — there are no on-site dining options, and the property is quite far from the nearest restaurants, with the closest food place about 2 km away and only below-average quality at that. The location and view make this property appealing on paper, but the lack of attention to basic guest essentials and the isolated location make it hard to recommend without reservations. Management should look at stocking rooms properly and expanding food options for guests who can't easily travel for meals.
