• HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS

• We are happy to have you as our Guest. Compliance with the rules below enable us to ensure that you have a peaceful and safe stay.

• 1. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the rooms or balconies.

• 2. No littering of trash or other materials may be accumulated which will cause a hazard or fire.

• 3.Please refrain from inviting outside visitors to your guest room after 9 p.m.

• 4. Please refrain from using your room for purposes other than lodging.

• 5. No personal belongings or other items may be placed outside the guest’s room.

• 6.Each time the Guest leaves his/her room he/she should make sure the door is locked, including windows and balcony doors.

• 7. All appliances, except refrigerator, must be turned off before leaving the room.

• 8. Parents or guardians are responsible for their own child/ren at all times. Villa Marii, it’s owners and managers, are not responsible for whatever may happen to child/ren within the premises.

• 9. Please do not take equipment/items out that belongs to Villa Marii. Removal and alteration of items/equipment is prohibited.

• 10. You will be charged for any damage or loss of the Villa Marii’s facilities or equipment, inside or outside caused by you or your Guests.

• 11. Rooms are rented by the night. Room night lasts from 2:00pm till 12:00 noon the following day.

• 12. If a Guest has not specified the duration of his/her stay, it is assumed that the room was rented for one night.

• 13. The Guest should notify the Reception of his/her wish to prolong his/her stay beyond the duration indicated on arrival by 9:00 of the day on which the rental period expires. Villa Marii shall grant the Guest’s wish to prolong the stay subject to availability.

• 14. Quiet time at Villa Marii lasts from 10:00pm to 6:00 am of the next day. During quiet time, Guests and people using our services and facilities have an obligation to behave properly and not to disturb the peace of stay of other guests.
