• 0세부터 2세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• Due to Covid Situation there are implementing rules from the Property Owner that the guests should follow:

• 1. A Vaccination Card & Proof of Identification Card should be presented.

• 2. No clothes or any materials shall be placed on balconies & hallways.

• 3. No Smoking in the unit and common areas of the building.

• 4. Strictly no pets allowed in the building & in common areas.

• 5. First Come first serve for common parking.

• 6. Loitering the building is strictly prohibited.

• 7. Littering is strictly prohibited.

• 8. Guests are allowed to use the swimming pool for a fee. Just head to the pool and directly pay the pool attendant.

• 9. Going to the building/s is not allowed after using the pool. Guests should change their wet swimming wear first to avoid slippery floors. There is a changing room/toilet in the function hall area.

• 10. Guests shall respect the right of other occupants & allow them a quiet & uninterrupted enjoyment of the premises.

• 11. The management reserves the right to refuse visitors should there be any cause of complaints by other residents due to noncompliance with the mentioned guidelines.
