I stayed in a two bedroom pool villa. The price was very reasonable. Cheap for a pool villa. The insides of the rooms were very clean. But the floor was stained at many points, which left a poor start. I don’t think it can be cleaned off. Of course, the shiny tiles also make dirt easily seen. The external living and dining were not as cleaned as I would have liked. I’m sure not cleaned just before my arrival. Not easy to keep the outside patio spotless. And of course with lizards and poop and insects… Wood in toilet is not great at some points, I guess age. And also abit grotty in toilet corners. I try not to look. The design of the sink are abit small, but the huge toilet and dressing area is a plus. The location is not amazing; not much use to stay in that area I think. The breakfast was very good for: avocado toast, and the 2 fruit smoothies. The pancakes not fluffy and not generous, and the porridge was not great. Breakfast juices are not freshly squeezed. The strawberry juice was just too artificial looking. When we had one takeaway breakfast box when it was too early one morning. I asked to carry over the next day repeatedly but my request was refused. I wanted to do so as I’ve found the breakfast portions (Ala carte) abit small. But the noodles were oily. And there were 3 options only: fried noodles, fried rice or plain bread with butter (maybe not even butter, 🧈 it’s margarine?). It was kinda yucky. The bread and butter were not really worth the calories. The private pool was nice. Staff are really pleasant at best. Just polite and respectful and not particularly warm and will not really go out of their way. It was a very large villa, large unit. But large means harder to upkeep, so it’s not everything.

I stayed almost a month at Freddies and they could not do enough for me. The staff really are so attentive and kind and so accommodating. I felt safe and they assisted with transport in many ways. The manager was so good to all of us that stayed for long term while we studied Qi gong no fat from the Villas. Highly recommended and great value accommodation. Thank Freddies you will see me again and I may bring my family next time in the lovely villas

When I arrived, the staff quickly helped me with my bags and gave me a welcome drink. They walked me to my room and showed me around. I booked the room with a private pool and it did not disappoint. The pool was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a welcome fruit snack. The bathroom was open air which was nice but the toilet was also outside and the sun shines directly on you as your sitting. I also had to keep moving my feet to avoid ants, so I was hot and hyperactive while using the restroom, which was not ideal. I ordered dinner (MargheritaPizza and Shrimp Tempura) the pizza was good but the tempura was not as expected - very small fried hard shrimp without flavor. Breakfast was okay but very small portion size for the French Toast. It was also very noisy at night and in the morning, by nearby rooms who also had pools. I easily heard adults loudly splashing, admist other loud adult noises in the pool at night, and children screaming early in the morning from inside my room with all doors closed.

Pro: Everything was good and well maintained. Con: There is not buffet breakfast and to avail free breakfast we need to order from menu card where the options are very limited for vegan.

The facilities were great but I have concerns with washroom. We booked a villa with private pool. I wasn’t aware it was open bathroom. It was scary to go to the washrooms in the night. There were bugs, lizards, garden lizards, ants. Also lighting in the rooms needs to be improved. Only warm lights were there which is a very less lighting in the room to get ready.
