This was a great hotel. Quiet, small, immaculately clean and luxurious. A 25 minute walk down hill into the centre of Bath. We detoured into The Botanical gardens on the way and came back via the river in the late afternoon. We returned to the city in the evening and got an Uber with ease. The bedroom and bathroom were beautifully appointed with practically every detail to perfection. The only addition I would have liked to see would be fresh milk in the room fridge rather than UHT cartons. My morning cuppa in bed is just not the same without it. Fortunately my breakfast more than made up for it with lovely juices, tea, pastries and a cooked breakfast. This really is a gem of a hotel.

Beautiful hotel with exquisite rooms and bathrooms. Helpful friendly staff. Bus ride or taxi into centre of Bath or a longer walk. Definitely recommend

Highly recommend Beautiful place to stay from that start the welcome was superb, our room very clean, cozy, lovely design and the bathroom was the best so far in all my stays, loved the bath. It’s just out of town but convenient for parking and a bus stop on the door step, we enjoyed the walk to town which took half an hour. Will be our first chose place to stay in bath in the future.

A lovely hotel with great facilities. However it is the staff that make it exceptional. So much so that I've returned several times. They are kind, friendly, hard working and take the time to make sure every guest is looked after. I can't recommend commend them all enough from the housekeeping, to kitchens to front of house each one is a gem.

Really enjoyed our short time in Bath. We decided to go with this hotel given the good reviews online. I would recommend it. Not too far from the city centre. Very helpful staff. Room was very clean.
