This was a great hotel. Quiet, small, immaculately clean and luxurious. A 25 minute walk down hill into the centre of Bath. We detoured into The Botanical gardens on the way and came back via the river in the late afternoon. We returned to the city in the evening and got an Uber with ease. The bedroom and bathroom were beautifully appointed with practically every detail to perfection. The only addition I would have liked to see would be fresh milk in the room fridge rather than UHT cartons. My morning cuppa in bed is just not the same without it. Fortunately my breakfast more than made up for it with lovely juices, tea, pastries and a cooked breakfast. This really is a gem of a hotel.

A lovely hotel with great facilities. However it is the staff that make it exceptional. So much so that I've returned several times. They are kind, friendly, hard working and take the time to make sure every guest is looked after. I can't recommend commend them all enough from the housekeeping, to kitchens to front of house each one is a gem.

Really enjoyed our short time in Bath. We decided to go with this hotel given the good reviews online. I would recommend it. Not too far from the city centre. Very helpful staff. Room was very clean.

Loved the hotel - £10 taxi into town but free parking offset that. Room was gorgeous and breakfast was nice.

Room was spacious and very clean. We had all the things we needed & with a nice shiny tub!. Location is great ... you can easily take a bus to the city center and the bus stop is a few steps from the hotel. Although most of the hotels don't have A/C, the hotel provided a little fan to cool down the room. Parking available in front of the hotel and in the bak yard. While at it, I would love to recommend the best Thai restaurant in Bath called "Mai Thai" ... only 10 mins walk from the hotel.
