Went back multiple occasions

The hotel is not family oriented, is not clean, is permeated. with stench and odors inside and outside the rooms. On my first of 4 scheduled nights, I was awakened by an angry man banging on a nearby wall and door. This occurred on 5 occasions from 2:30 to 3:30 AM with no interaction from the hotel security . The next morning, I asked the desk clerk and he was unaware of this occurrence and showed little empathy. The overall experience was so horrible and disappointing that I chose to forfeit my remaining scheduled stay over the next 3 nights, securing the nearby Days Inn in Buena Park.

Let’s start with my arrival the place smelled like dog piss in the carpet they didn’t have my handicap accessible room available and when they did it smelled as worse then the carpet in the lobby for them to give me another room with a refrigerator that didn’t work, couldn’t find a cart to bring my luggage to car unclean microwave that had the paint chipped and rusted on the inside have to wait to get home to shower took sink baths because the bathtub was badly stained and unsanitary looking. The icing on the cake was a baby roach greeted in my the bathroom they wanted to then again offer me another room by this time I am very angry no discount no refund no nothing I will be reporting them to the Extended Stay Corporation

We went in and it smelled like urine and you can feel the germs in the atmosphere. I went to park my husband went to check out the room. He came and got me and took me to the room. It was mold in the room roaches crawling on the wall. A dead roach on the tub. They knew it had a bad smell because they had the window open which led to flies and bugs flying around the room. We went right back down stairs and requested a refund. That we still have not received. I booked this hotel through Agoda and the pictures do not tell the truth about this place. Which is not right. We were supposed to stay from June 5-8 but only end up there for 10 minutes. It is not safe to stay there especially breathing in al that mold. I tried uploading pictures but they won't load.
