The hotel looks very good, the furniture is new, modern, beautiful, the carpet is fluffy and clean, the linen and towels are clean; located in the old center, very close to walking to sights; there was also a kettle, but we didn't have the tea bags or coffee. 1 big minus for the ugly situation created at check in, dur the fact that, we paid a room in this hotel and the girl at the reception wanted to give us a room that was completely outside the hotel, it looked awful. After a long discussion with the receptionist, who later spoke with the manager, the situation was resolved and we were accommodated in the room we had paid for. Another minus to this hotel is the lack of disposable slippers, the fact that the TV only caught a few programs in Bulgarian and the noise generated by club music that lasted up to 1-2 pm.

Very nice hotel. Located in centre. But noisy at night (music from bars - stops at 24h). Very good breakfast. To recommend
