Hare Nua Hotel Boutique

This is a decent 3 star hotel to European standards. I had a horrific arrival experience. Hotel did not get my details from Agoda so I contacted the hotel before boarding flight to Easter Island to ask them to arrange to collect us, especially as my husband has a mobility aid and struggles to walk too far. They refused as we hadn’t booked it in advance and told us just to grab one of the plentiful taxis at the airport and that some taxis would let you pay by card. Long story short, we were abandoned at airport, no taxis large enough, no phone signal to call anyone and airport was closing up. A LATAM staff member came to our aid and called us a taxi…I was distraught and crying by this point. Totally ruined my arrival in Easter Island. I feel the hotel is overpriced for what you get but there were no other mid range options available….

Hare Nua is a special place — a boutique hotel not just in name but in reality. It is a beautiful place that is tastefully well-appointed with an excellent staff and management team (communicative & responsive). Strong attention to detail and well-thought out. Clean, safe, spacious, and can’t beat the location. Highly recommended!

Ubicación inmejorable, y poder disfrutar de la piscina y del jacuzzi tras recorrer la isla era la guinda del pastel cada día. El personal muy amable y atento, y el desayuno muy completo y exquisito. Un día que salíamos de madrugada a ver el sunrise, nos lo prepararon en un lunch box y no le faltaba detalle. Sin duda un lugar para recomendar y repetir.
