WoodSpring Suites Dallas Rockwall

The employees there have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at any hotel in my life. All were not helpful at all and extremely argumentative especially the woman employee. One guy was a little helpful at night. My windshield was broken in my vehicle at the time of my stay. I said non smoking but there was a strong smell of smoke every day leading to my room. Every faucet was leaking and kept me up at night and when I arrived to my room there was hair all over the bed sheets and the actual bed had a repugnant odor and they would not change my room. This was hands down the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in my life. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t stay here. Bedbugs, mold everywhere. Truck stop across the street is cleaner than this place.

I loved everything about this hotel stay..

Stephanie who works at woodsprings is very rude and inconsiderate of people their feelings and their needs! I personally will never come back here! She doesn't know how to speak to a person properly
