We booked a single room for 3 persons although only 2 of us showed up for 28th to 29th June through Agoda . It amounted to about 400 something in INR excluding city tax rs. 30 something in INR but the owner charged us as per price list of rooms and food hanging in the reception area which showed 500 NPR only for non attached room and so we paid only 370 INR and not 400 plus INR as per Agoda pricing which please note. Thus there is transparency is room and food charges. The room had one double bed and one single bed and located on ground floor without toilet which was separate beside our room . As there was only 1 room which was ours in the ground floor we were the only ones using it without any interruptions from other boarders. The room itself was ok as the bedsheets were clean besides a thick quilt or blanket with clean cover was there. There was wifi facility which was very useful as we were from India and our sim was not working in Nepal. Regarding the food I must say it was very tasty . we chose vegetarian and it costed us only 100 NC equal to about 60 INR which was too reasonable whereas the bottled water was only 20 NC. Damn cheap as per Nepal pricing. In short it was a plesant stay . it is located only about 50 metres from Mechi Eye Hospital and about 200 metres from Disha Eye Hospital but we were tourists and had nothing to do with the hospitals. Although it is quite far from the main highway chowk of Birtamode about 2 kms but that is not a big issue as share auto stand is located at sainik more , only about 100 metres away. auto fare is only 50 NPR about 30 INR only. besides it is located on the Bhadrapur Birtamode road running share vehicles are quite frequent .Besides the share vehichle stand for going to Kakarvitta via Birtamore highway chowk is located near Mechi Eye Hospital.So there are many options to reach Birtamode highway chowk within a few minutes in sharing basis without reserving a auto . So i found the location convenient and consider it to be one of the best hotel as per the low budget, tasty yet cheap food, cleanliness, behaviour, peaceful surroundings etc. Looking forward to visit again.
