Our three-day cruise with Orient Legacy in Ha Long Bay was an absolutely fantastic experience and one we will remember for a very long time. From the moment we stepped aboard, we were impressed by the high-end quality of the ship, the elegant surroundings, the comfort and attention to detail, and the excellent organisation throughout the entire cruise. However, what truly made this experience exceptional was the wonderful team of staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that every moment was special. A particular mention goes to Leo and Alice, who looked after us so attentively during dinner. Their professionalism, warmth and genuine hospitality made every meal a pleasure. Happy and Eddie, who managed the team, also deserve tremendous credit for the way everything was organised and for maintaining such a consistently high standard of service throughout the cruise. And then there is Jenny, our ever-smiling Tai Chi Master! Her wonderful energy, warmth and infectious smile brought an extra touch of joy to the experience. She was a delight and truly helped make the cruise even more memorable. Of course, Ha Long Bay itself is simply breathtaking. The spectacular limestone formations, magnificent scenic views and fascinating caves make this destination feel almost magical. Exploring these natural wonders creates memories that stay with you long after the cruise has ended. Every excursion offered something special, and the beauty of the surroundings was beyond anything we could have imagined. What impressed us most was the combination of a high-quality ship, beautiful surroundings, excellent organisation and, above all, a team of people who genuinely care about their guests. It is the people who make the difference between a good holiday and an outstanding one, and Orient Legacy certainly understands this. Our sincere thanks to the entire Orient Legacy team, and especially to Leo, Alice, Happy, Eddie and Jenny, for making our three-day cruise so enjoyable and memorable.
