Pro: 1. Good location, opposite of mall and duty free shop, less than 5 mins driving distance to restaurants and diving centre. 👍 2. New hotel and new facilities. 3. Room is clean and well equipped. 4. With laundry room (washer, dryer and detergent), simple gym room and swimming pool. 5. Staffs are polite and helpful. Cons: 1. We booked 26sqm twin room with balcony and 28sqm king room with balcony. However, I am pretty sure the actual room size is less than 20sqm. I complained to the reception and Agoda but no action taken and no solution provided.😡 2. It mentioned in Agoda website that hotel provides welcome drink. But after we have checked in and went to our rooms, still nothing provided. So I asked the receptionist, she told me the welcome drink is the self service plain water in water dispenser at lobby, I can have it my own.🙄 3. The room photo on Agoda website shows it provides long bed bench and I called to the hotel to confirm this after I booked. However we don't see any bed bench in our rooms. When I checked with the receptionist and they said they don't provide. 🙄 4. The swimming pool water is dirty, the colour is in white and with many white particles in the water. 5. My room door is hard to push from outside and pull from inside. I informed the reception early morning and asked them to fixed the issue. But when I come back in the afternoon, I can't open my room door even with the help of my brother, we pushed the door so hard with our both hands and legs. I was pissed off and called to the reception, the lady told me they will fix the door later, I insisted them to send their technician immediately to open the door for me. At the end the lady changed new room for me. 6. The hotel is in the shop lot. They have building A and B (at the two different corner shops). Building A is the main building with reception and all public facilities. Our rooms are located in Building B, we have to go out from the building and walks all the way to another end to access the laundry, gym and swimming pool.

Location is good, there is tealive, Mr Diy and shopping mall nearby. Clean room, saw the housekeeper mopped the room. On 4th floor the is a 24hrs laundromat where u can do your laundry for free (just go to reception and ask for free detergent pod). Gym open 24hrs too Only complaint, there is no Qibla sign.

New hotel. Everything spanking new. Basic facilities with a gym and rooftop pool. Bedding is fine but the chemical used on the sheets can be overbearing and has got to be aired. Shower curtains are not rightly placed to keep the bathroom dry. Good location near grocery and supermarket.

Huge rooms, polite staff, and a very modern building as it was just built recently. The pool is large and great, along with all other amenities. (If staying here, be aware you would need to either taxi around or rent a car. We decided to rent a car as it was very affordable and easy to drive. Also, no drive is longer than 30 minutes; the island is very small. Grab is also highly available and very affordable.)

Hotel is new so everything was cleaned and new. But they need to take care of it or else it's gonna be like other old hotels. Rooms are spacious. They have free laundry and dryer. Room is cleaned by everyday as per your request. Gym and pool is also good. Rooms are spacious. Just little far from activities in Langkawi.
