Two Medicine Inn and Resort

No was a kind friendly host. Her and her husband just took over this last fall and have made some nice upgrades it appears. It is extremely close to one of the entrances to glacier, Two Medicine. And about an hour from the West entrance and the north entrance at Many Glacier. I read that the individual cabins were originally Ranger cabins that were moved from Glacier National Park. So that was really cool! They have been modernized but are still simple and a little musty. You are on a highway here so there is some traffic noise, but not much. And the train is also really close to here and runs through the night, but it wasn’t very loud and there are fans provided to help block out the noise. I think this will be a great little place once they finish all their upgrades, I did have some minor issues with the bathroom sink, not working and a light switch not working and there is still a large hole in the shower behind the faucet handle that you can see daylight through so I wasn’t comfortable taking a shower there. I did mention all this to the owner, so it should be all taken care of soon. If you want to stay in East Glacier, you would be comfortable here. Just get gas before you get here because it’s a dollar extra gallon on the side of the park.

Good breakfast, nice kitchen, helpful staff

Place was a little confusing to get to as there were 2 places with the same name next to each other. There was no water in the morning when we stayed (so did half the town) and the owners seemed confused and backup plans weren’t implemented as quickly so our plans were delayed for that day. Other than that, the place was cute and the breakfast spread was acceptable!

Innkeeper was super kind and helpful and provided maps and recommendations. Breakfast was provided as well. Room was clean and comfortable. Free laundry as well
