Queen Parrona Hotel by Sativa

We stayed for one night during transit to Silangit Airport. During our stay, another large group stayed at the hotel and held a karaoke session in the restaurant. Their singing was not good and extremely loud. Because the restaurant is not soundproof, the noise could be heard in all the hotel rooms. We complained to the manager multiple times, but they essentially did nothing, claiming that because the group had booked 12 rooms, there was nothing they could do—especially since we had only booked 3 rooms and they claimed no one else was complaining. They offered to move us to another room, but we declined because the noise would still have been just as loud from anywhere in the hotel. If a hotel wants to offer a karaoke space, the room should be properly soundproofed.
