The price was great, we reached really late too but they were able to provide us a room, only issue was the tv wasn't connected to anything, shower wasn't working, bathroom door wouldn't lock, there were mosquitoes in the room, the fan squeaked really loud, the room service guy wouldn't come even when called, there was no telephone to call service and the wifi wouldn't work So yeah, not a really good experience, the beds and comforter were good atleast

Great location marred by subpar service and rooms

It was a nice experience staying at the hotel as everything was so good. Best thing was location and the room

The manager Chandu was good .Rooms are also good spacious enough near isbt only on road only .just the cafe staff is slow and give them your order atleast 40.min before and faced some water issues as required water in washroom at 4 am but it was there in the taps so manager on night duty resolved that overall everything was ok

We just cant explain the experience. We booked online and they gave us a room that is just like kholi. No facility, no cleanliness.
