I was unprepared for a hold only room security deposit for 150 euro., to be refunded after staff inspection., at some unknown time. The early check in was no, a very firm 4pm, that made it difficult as just off night flight. Clerk made it sound like no rooms ready until then period. However, was clean and convenient. It was missing the Irish hospitality.

Noise in room
We were on 2nd floor and could clearly here the music form the nightclub downstairs. This went on till 3 am. Then people spilt onto the street below our room and the shouting went on for over another hour. My son, who has special needs and I could not get any sleep till after 4:30 am. I went and spoke to the night manager at 12:30 am and he told me he could nothing for me. The next morning I spoke to manager on duty and she told me I should have asked for a quiet room. She said it was in the terms and conditions that there may be noise from the nightclub so basically,suck it up. I got no satisfaction. She also said she would get general manager to contact me on the matter. I'm still waiting,six days later for anyone to contact me.
