• - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

• - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

• - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

• - Alcohol consumption is allowed on the property. Please do not litter the property with cans and cigarette buds.

• - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.

• In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans.

• - Loud music is not allowed post 10:00 PM.

• - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

• - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

• - Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location.

• - Children need to be looked after during the stay as the property is surrounded during dark hours

• - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

• - There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room for security purposes.

• - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

• - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

• - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

• - This is a pet-friendly and wheelchair-friendly property.

• - The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.

• PET POLICY

• - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.

• - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge.

• - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

• - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.

• - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

• - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

• - All mobile networks work fairly well here.

• - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
