My experience was extremely disappointing. The room was very uncomfortable. There was no window or balcony, and even the water supplied was salty. Both my wife and I experienced increased hair fall during our stay, which we believe was due to the poor water quality. The cleanliness was also unacceptable. The mug and bucket were dirty, and the toilet had visible yellow stains. Considering I paid ₹2,000 per night, I expected much better standards. I had originally booked a one-bed room, but since it was unavailable, I was given a two-bed room instead. That was not an issue. However, because we were not going to use the second bed, the staff removed its bedsheet. The problem was that the exposed bed underneath was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The overall condition of the room was so poor that we were not even comfortable eating inside it. I strongly suggest that the management personally inspect the room without informing the staff in advance. Please visit the exact room we stayed in and evaluate its condition for yourself. Extremely Disappointing Stay
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was far below expectations, with unmaintained rooms and poor hygiene standards. The staff was unresponsive and not helpful when issues were raised. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the service and quality did not justify the price charged. I would not recommend this hotel to others and will not be visiting again.
