• HOME TRUTHS

• While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!

• - In case of power outages, the generator can support all lights, fans, AC and TV for up to 6 hours. Similarly, the inverter can also support all lights and fans for up to 12 hours.

• - The villa is situated in a secluded area and the path leading up to the villa may not be concrete.

• - Car parking is available only in designated areas.

• - Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild insects or bugs due to the villa location.

• - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the villa for 24 hours for security purposes.

• - The caretaker stays outside the premises of the property.

• - Guests are advised not to switch on both the ACS in the living rooms at the same time.

• - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

• - Mobile networks such as Jio, Vi and Airtel work fairly well here. 

• - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

• HOUSE RULES

• - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

• - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.

• - Please maintain decorum at all times and avoid creating any nuisance within the property or in the surrounding village, especially after consuming alcohol.

• - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 

• - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 

• - Pets are not allowed near the pool.

• - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 

• - Guests have access to the pool only till 10:00 PM.

• - Guests are advised to take care of their valuables and ensure that the doors and windows are locked when they are not present in the rooms. 

• - Management shall not be responsible for any losses of valuables. 

• - All-male groups are not allowed.

• - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

• - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

• POLICIES

• - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

• - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

• - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

• - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

• - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

• - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

• - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

• - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

• - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 

• - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
