I'm in dubio about this accommodation. It's clean and the staff is very friendly, the accommodation is spacious, but it's old. Master bedroom smells like urine, fridge doesn't work properly. The doors have gaps, the 2 seater sofa is dented in the middle. Positive is that they provide water machine, with hot, normal and ice water. That's nice. Low rate for facilities is also that the accommodation has a kitchen, but almost no kitchen utility. 4 plates, 3 water glasses, all different sizes, 4 coffee/tea cups, all different and all small. No knifes, no kitchen towels. Basically there is a kitchen, but it's not meant to be used. That's a pity. I don't know if the price is fair, but i don't think I will book this accommodation again in the future. Not without a renovation.

Rooms to crash with extras
The property offers two-bedroom villas, which was perfect for my need. We had a family wedding and needed more bedrooms for family members to be in one place. However, checked in was not without hick-up. First villa they allocated was very spacious but without wardrobes. Kitchen cupboards were dilapidated and smelly so we asked to move. The second villa was a little smaller but still spacious. Again, kitchen cupboards and bathroom windows badly needed renovations. Would have been okay except for the unpleasant sewer-like smell that invaded our “comfort” by the second day. As we found out about the smell late at night, the staff offered a solution by providing fragrance spray which helped. But the smell returned late morning the next day, so we got moved again to a better villa - one that has been refurbished. If I had been in this villa from the start, I would give 5 stars on Value for Money. The staffs are very helpful and polite but their Reception can only be contacted by sending WhatsApp message - not by calling, even though the response is usually quick. This place is not accessible by public transport but we can order Grab or GoCar (similar to Uber) easily. I wouldn’t mind returning with special request for a newer villa.
