• 리셉션 종료 시간은 21:00 입니다.

• Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is at 12:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs depend on availability and may incur extra charges.

• Reservation Policy: A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in. The person whose name is on the reservation must be present.

• Cancellation Policy: Guests must follow the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking to avoid charges. The policy may vary depending on the type of reservation.

• Payment Policy: We accept cash and all types of UPI payments. Full payment, including taxes and fees, is required at check-in. Please note, we do not accept personal checks or credit cards.

• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 20 years old to check in without a parent or legal guardian.

• Occupancy Limits: The maximum occupancy for each room type is 2 Additional charges may apply for extra guests.

• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please be considerate of other guests during this period.

• Swimming Pool Access: The swimming pool is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while near or in the pool area.

• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed, but exceptions may be made upon request.

• Damages and Theft: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents. Missing items will be charged at the replacement cost.

• Guest Conduct: Disruptive or illegal behaviour is not allowed. Guests may be asked to leave without a refund if their actions are unacceptable.

• Facility Access: Certain areas or amenities may have restricted access or specific hours. Please adhere to posted signs and guidelines.

• Lost and Found: Anuradha Homestay is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure valuables in the provided safe and report any lost items to the front desk.

• Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. In case of an emergency, contact the front desk.

• Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities.
