We stayed here whilst we were recovering from illness and it was a nice place to relax and chill whilst we felt well again. The host was always on hand to help. You can order a good value breakfast and meals from the shop keeper opposite the homestay. Just give him plenty of notice as it can an hour to arrive. He can also provide hot water for drinks, although a kettle in the room would have been more convenient. The rooms are spacious, airy and light. I enjoyed sitting and watching the misty clouds over the mountains from the big windows. There is also a terrace to sit out in the sun. The location is great as it is only a 20-30 minute walk into downtown town Kalimpong. You can also rent a scooter to explore the area.

Decent stay option not too far from the City Centre

The room had good view of the valleys. The size of the room was also sufficient. However, the overall cleanliness and decor of the room and bathroom needs to be improved. The best thing about this property was the host who was very friendly and helpful.
