• House rules:

• 1. No smoking & drinking: Smoking & drinking is STRICTLY prohibited inside the premises.

• 2. No loud parties or nuisance: Loud parties are not allowed in the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of the entire booking fee.

• 3. Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is already mentioned. Exceeding this limit will result in a ₹500 per person, per night fee.

• 4. Quiet hours: Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during this time.

• 5. Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability.

• 6. Cleanliness: Please keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. A cleaning fee ₹500 will be charged for each reservation to cover the cost of professional cleaning between guests.

• 7. Security: Please ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment. A lost key fee of ₹5000 will be charged if the key is not returned at the end of the stay.

• 8. Communication: Please communicate any issues or concerns promptly. We are available 24/7 via phone, text, or email to address any questions or problems.

• 9. A security deposit of 5000/- will be charged at the time of checkin and refunded while checking out.

• 10. Any damage or violation of house rules will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

• 11. Drinking water isn’t included.
