Overall not bad for the price.
For that price. Ni complaint. Aircond sejuk which is nice. Just be careful when eating at nearby restaurants that didn’t show the price in their menu. They will charge you double if the know you’re tourist. I’ve been scammed twice at 2 different restaurants.

Good
Customer service is very good. The location is convenient, around 6–7 minutes from Hang Nadim Airport. They also provide a shuttle bus to the airport. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, but the management needs to improve. We requested a non-smoking room, but the room had a very strong smoke smell. The bedsheets and pillows were too old, with disgusting stains and weird smells.
