• Terms and conditions

• 1. *Check-in and Check-out:*

• - The designated check-in time is 2:00 PM, and guests are kindly requested to vacate their rooms by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

• - Early check-in is subject to availability and will incur an additional charge of Rs. 3000 per hour.

• - Late check-out beyond the standard time will result in a charge equivalent to double the per day tariff.

• 2. *Housekeeping:*

• - Housekeeping services will be diligently provided daily in accordance with the hotel's schedule.

• 3. *Guest Identification:*

• - It is mandatory for all guests to present a hard copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and address proof upon check-in.

• 4. *Children’s Accompaniment:*

• - Minors must be accompanied by adults at all times, and the property explicitly disclaims any responsibility for unforeseen incidents involving minors.

• 5. *Personal Belongings:*

• - Guests are strongly advised to exercise due diligence in safeguarding their personal belongings, as the property cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred.

• 6. *Vomiting and Staining Charges:*

• - A fee of Rs. 1000 will be applied for instances of vomiting within the premises, and any stains on linen will be charged as per the item price-list agreed upon by the Guest.

• 7. *Swimming Pool Regulations:*

• - Proper swimming attire is required for all guests utilizing the pool area, and consumption of food or beverages within the pool premises is strictly prohibited.

• 8. *Visitor Policy:*

• - External visitors are strictly prohibited from accessing the premises without prior authorization.

• 9. *Prohibited Substances:*

• - The possession or use of illegal drugs/substances within the hotel premises is strictly forbidden. Violators will be expelled from the property, and legal action under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) may be pursued.

• 10. *Property Damage:*

• - Guests are financially liable for any damage or loss incurred to hotel property during their stay. Charges for necessary repairs will be levied accordingly. Additionally, a fee of Rs. 34,000 per night may be applied for property blocking required for maintenance purposes.

• 11. *Missing or Broken Key/Card:*

• - A replacement fee of Rs. 1000 will be charged for any lost or damaged room keys/cards.

• 12. *Payment Terms:*

• - Full payment must be settled prior to check-in to facilitate a seamless arrival experience. Delay in payment may result in delay in allotment of villa/room.

• 13. *Age of Guests:*

• - At least one guest must be over 18 years otherwise booking will be cancelled and normal cancellation policy will be applied.

• 14. *Legal Jurisdiction:*

• - All legal matters pertaining to this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.

• 15. *Amendment and Termination:*

• - The hotel reserves the right to amend or terminate any terms and conditions outlined herein at its discretion, with or without prior notice.

• 16. Outside utensils are not allowed.

• 17. Any extra guest will be charged at 1500:- per night per guests upto max 14 pax.
