• 1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests who wish to

• smoke must do so outside in designated smoking areas and dispose of their cigarette

• butts properly.

• 2. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited inside or outside the Villa

• premises. Gujarat is a dry state, guests are expected to abide by all laws and

• regulations.

• 3. Respect Quiet Hours: Please respect the peace and privacy of our neighbours

• by observing quiet hours between 12-8 at Night, especially during late night and early

• morning.

• 4. Limit Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay overnight is

• [15]. Additional visitors beyond this limit must be approved in advance.

• 5. No Pets Allowed: For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not

• permitted on the premises unless prior arrangements have been made and an

• additional cleaning fee has been paid.

• 6. Shoes Off Policy: To help maintain cleanliness and preserve the quality of our

• floors and carpets, please remove your shoes upon entering the villa.

• 7. Use Appliances and Amenities Responsibly: Please use all appliances,

• electronics, and amenities (such as the Air conditioner , Jacuzzi, home theatre or

• kitchen ) responsibly and according to the provided instructions. Any damage

• resulting from misuse may result in additional charges.

• 8. Keep the Property Clean and Tidy: Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness

• throughout their stay. Please clean up after yourselves and dispose of trash properly.

• 9. Report Damages Promptly: Any damages or issues with the property must be

• reported to the host immediately to allow for timely repairs and maintenance.

• 10. Lock Doors and Windows When Leaving: For security purposes, please ensure

• all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended.

• 11. Respect Check-out Time: Check-out time is [specific time]. Please adhere to

• this time to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
