Sunlit Shores Beach Villa

The property is on the road facing the long clean Kodi beach. Rooms are large and sufficiently equipped with necessities. The staff is cheerful and happy to assist with anything you need. And while they don't run an inhouse kitchen they procure a tasty breakfast from Kundapur.

It was a last minute booking but turned out to be the best decision of our road trip. Amazing location, Amazing Room, Amazing Views and beautiful Beach. Amazing!!

his place is a little heaven on the shores. We have been to multiple places here and his time chose this place to stay with my parents and it was the best decision. The rooms are impeccable- clean, tidy, filled with everything you need. The rooms and very spacious and can easily accommodate 3 adults. But the highlight was the service! Arjun was a champ from the start. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. We were there for a wedding so had to move around a lot and he made sure he arranged for transport each time. Breakfast was simple but perfect! The location is definite start of the show. Will definitely be coming back for more.

PROs: Spacious rooms with seaview. I stayed on first floor room which also has spacious balcony. Room was very clean, toilette clean, bedsheets were washed, fresh and crisp. Body wash, shampoo, electric kettle, tea coffee sachets, mini fridge everything was in good condition. No nuisance, no noise other than calming sound of sea waves!! Manager "Arjun" is very humble and helpful. You call him at 12 AM and he comes to help you. No complaints!! They don't have restaurent on premise but they bring breakfast from outside and sevres at 9am there. Idli wada combo, neer dosa combo, masala dosa combo served with sweets and mangalore buns. Tea, coffe is made there on the premises. You just walk down, cross the small road and you are on the beach.. They also have a water tap and a shower in the premises if you want to use it after coming back from beach. CONs: No cloth drying stand or laundry facility. No ironing board in room AC was taking little longer to cool but ignorable. No restaurent nearby for lunch/dinner. But the PROs outweights the cons.. :) I would definitely go there again!!

This is a perfect stay — absolutely no complaints. All the rooms are great, and even the rooms without a balcony are perfectly comfortable. A few things that really stood out: No vehicles are allowed to park in front of the windows, which is a thoughtful touch. Breakfast is very well managed, especially considering the location. The breakfast area is well maintained and pleasant. The room amenities are excellent. Bike, car, and auto rentals can all be arranged through the hotel, which is very convenient. But above all of this, the best part is Arjun and the entire staff. There is genuinely a lot to learn from them — how to be helpful, polite, humble, honest, and professional while maintaining such a wonderful work culture. A truly memorable stay. Highly recommended!
