• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• We have 4 dogs living at the property in their own separate enclosure.

• BASIC RULES

• - Smoking is allowed on the property only in the outdoor or other designated areas. STRICTLY NO smoking indoors, living areas or bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private terrace which can be used for smoking.

• - No loud music (DJ speaker systems) after 10pm (rule by law, police has confiscated music equipment in the past)

• - The main fridge in the living area (Hitachi) is for Guest usage.

• - Our staff is only available for basic help and cleaning the place. Please treat them with common respect. Please do not consider them as personal butlers to be available at your disposal at all times.

• - If you're consuming alcohol during your stay, please do so responsibly. Any uncivilized behavior under the influence of alcohol will not be tolerated, including any misbehavior with our care takers.

• CRITICAL RULES

• - any type of drugs or banned substances are strictly prohibited on our premises.

• - If guests are found to have brought along or consumed any such contraband items, guests will be asked to leave immediately

• - if guests refuse on this point, we will call the authorities

• SWIMMING POOL RULES

• Time 8AM to 8PM

• 1. No swimming without appropriate swimwear (swimming trunks/surfer shorts for men, and swimsuits for women) - No cottons. Our staff will be compelled to ask individuals to vacate the pool in case they're found in the pool wearing anything other than swimwear.

• 2. All guests must sign release waiver prior to entering the pool. It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure the same.

• 3. Pool is USE AT OWN RISK! Management will not be responsible for any accidents, regardless of fault.

• 4. No Children under 12 years are allowed to use the pool without an adult

• guest present inside the pool.

• 5. Senior citizens and impaired individuals are free to use the pool but only under adult supervision.

• 6. Report all problems regarding the pool or pool equipment to management

• immediately upon noticing the same.

• 7. Diving is absolutely not allowed as this is a shallow pool.

• POOL MANNERS:

• 1. Absolutely NO FOOD, GLASS CONTAINERS, SMOKING, OR ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed in the pool or around the pool area.

• 2. No LOUD NOISE, HORSE PLAY, or RUNNING around the pool area. Voices should be kept at normal conversation level such that neighbours don’t get disturbed by the commotion.

• 3. No urinating in pool.

• 4. If you are SICK or have any OPEN WOUNDS you will not be allowed in the pool area.

• 5. No blowing nose in water, and no spitting!

• POOL SAFETY:

• 1. No lifeguards are present on-site at the property. Life saving equipment is located around the pool, please familiarize yourself prior to swimming or check about it with the property owners.

• 2. In the case of absence of any life-saving equipment, the property owner holds no liability or responsibility for swimmers entering the pool. Use pool at your own risk.

• *NIRVANA PET GUESTS POLICY*

• 1. No dogs/cats on the bed, please bring their bed and ensure they sleep on it. If possible, avoid taking your pets to the bedrooms. Our own dogs are not allowed even inside the house. Caretaker can easily understand if they’ve been sleeping on beds/sofas, etc.

• 2. No pets allowed in the swimming pool, strictly.

• 3. Please don’t ask Caretaker to look after the pet.

• 4. Bring your pooper scooper and clean-up after them, in case there is any poo or pee in the villa premises.

• 5. There will be a one-time cleaning fee of rs.1500 as our we’ll need to bring profesional cleaners post check-out.

• 6. Bear in mind that there are other adult dogs on the property and there could be fights if they meet/clash.

• SECURITY DEPOSIT

• * Refundable security deposit Rs 10000

• * This deposit may be partially or fully forfeited at the discretion of Nirvana management for noncompliance to any of the above mentioned rules.
